Engineering ultimately lands through industry. AAE has established cooperation with more than 200 large enterprises and, within the Academy, hosts a community of more than 200 global industry leaders. Cooperation proceeds on the basis of capacity building and does not affect the Academy’s independence and neutrality.
- Companies provide industrial mentors, internships, training equipment and project topics.
- The Academy offers companies technical advice, talent recommendation and standards input, but does not accept sponsorship tied to product promotion.
- The industry leaders’ community meets regularly in closed sessions on industry trends, talent needs and technical challenges.
- All corporate agreements are approved by the Governing Board, and sources and uses of funds are disclosed in the annual report.
